Our Founder’s Story: Turning Hard Struggles into Health

The inspiring store for She Starts Healthy is totally filled with real-world grit and determination of entire family. As my journey began in food service industry, working every day for longer hours like 12-15 hours on my feet to clear the significant personal debts and working towards the goal every night. Those years of hard work by spending on cooking and serving foods on the streets that teaches me life changing lesson. Whatever ideas we are working towards to achieve our goals but health is your most valuable thing at the end.

Even when life is pushing to work in every hour for a better future, the only thing is like how you nourish your body determine your success. This website was born from 5 years of this entire experience. So my ultimate goal is to provide a professional knowledge of food and translate into a simple and high quality combination’s for women everywhere in the world.
